C&rsquo;est, par exemple, remercier un salari\u00e9 qui a pris le temps de signaler une situation dangereuse, valoriser une \u00e9quipe qui a su r\u00e9organiser son travail pour limiter un impact environnemental, mettre en avant un manager qui a donn\u00e9 la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 une pression sur les d\u00e9lais, saluer un collaborateur qui a propos\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration ergonomique pertinente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les RH peuvent jouer un r\u00f4le structurant en int\u00e9grant cette reconnaissance dans les dispositifs existants. Les entretiens annuels et professionnels, par exemple, pourraient inclure syst\u00e9matiquement une s\u00e9quence d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux contributions HSE-RSE : quels comportements, quelles initiatives, quelles id\u00e9es la personne a-t-elle mis en \u0153uvre dans ces domaines ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sans transformer cette partie en un questionnaire rigide, il est possible d&rsquo;inviter les managers \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer ces apports, \u00e0 en discuter, \u00e0 les valoriser. Cela envoie un signal clair : la contribution \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement, \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail fait partie int\u00e9grante de la performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9compense peuvent aussi \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9s, \u00e0 condition de rester simples et cr\u00e9dibles. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas forc\u00e9ment de verser des primes financi\u00e8res importantes, au risque de cr\u00e9er des effets pervers (r\u00e9ticence \u00e0 d\u00e9clarer certains incidents pour pr\u00e9server la prime, par exemple). Des formes de reconnaissance symbolique peuvent \u00eatre tout aussi puissantes : mettre en avant une \u00e9quipe lors d&rsquo;une r\u00e9union g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, publier un t\u00e9moignage dans la newsletter interne, inviter certains salari\u00e9s \u00e0 participer \u00e0 un groupe de travail strat\u00e9gique en raison de leur engagement sur ces sujets, organiser un moment convivial pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer un jalon important (par exemple un an sans accident grave, \u00e0 condition de ne pas inciter \u00e0 la dissimulation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les managers, eux, ont la main sur la reconnaissance au quotidien. Un mot de remerciement, un feedback positif formul\u00e9 devant l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, une attention particuli\u00e8re port\u00e9e \u00e0 quelqu&rsquo;un qui a fait un effort, peuvent avoir un impact durable. Trop souvent, les managers se concentrent sur ce qui ne va pas, par r\u00e9flexe ou par pression, oubliant de dire quand quelque chose est bien fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettre en lumi\u00e8re une \u00e9quipe qui, par son organisation, a su r\u00e9duire ses d\u00e9chets, am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;ergonomie de ses postes, pr\u00e9venir des risques particuliers, contribue \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des mod\u00e8les positifs. Certains dispositifs permettent, par exemple, \u00e0 des coll\u00e8gues de \u00ab\u00a0nominer\u00a0\u00bb un pair dont ils ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l&rsquo;attitude : aide apport\u00e9e \u00e0 un coll\u00e8gue en difficult\u00e9, initiative pour s\u00e9curiser une situation, proposition d&rsquo;une solution plus respectueuse de l&rsquo;environnement. Ces reconnaissances entre pairs, lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont simples et bien encadr\u00e9es, renforcent le sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance et d&rsquo;estime mutuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, reconna\u00eetre les comportements s\u00fbrs et responsables, c&rsquo;est aussi faire preuve de coh\u00e9rence lorsque des d\u00e9cisions difficiles doivent \u00eatre prises. Si un salari\u00e9 est sanctionn\u00e9 pour avoir pris un raccourci dangereux, alors qu&rsquo;un autre est r\u00e9compens\u00e9 pour une prise de risque commerciale, le message reste brouill\u00e9.
