Introduction \u2013 Des milieux industriels au c\u0153ur du risque<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les carri\u00e8res, cimenteries et centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton forment la base de toute la fili\u00e8re du BTP. Ces sites, essentiels \u00e0 la production de mat\u00e9riaux de construction, concentrent cependant de nombreux risques professionnels : poussi\u00e8res, bruit, manutentions, engins, produits chimiques, chaleur\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les donn\u00e9es de la CARSAT et de l&rsquo;INRS, le taux de fr\u00e9quence des accidents du travail y d\u00e9passe r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la moyenne industrielle, notamment dans les carri\u00e8res o\u00f9 les manutentions et la circulation d&rsquo;engins sont en cause dans pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un accident sur trois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II. Les carri\u00e8res de granulats : extraction et risques multiples<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activit\u00e9s et environnement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les carri\u00e8res produisent des granulats par extraction, concassage, criblage et transport. Les cimenteries : la chimie \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processus industriel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le ciment provient du chauffage de calcaire et d&rsquo;argile \u00e0 plus de 1 400 \u00b0C pour cr\u00e9er le clinker, puis broy\u00e9 avec du gypse et des additifs. Ces installations combinent des dangers thermiques, chimiques et m\u00e9caniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risques sp\u00e9cifiques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Chimiques<\/strong> : exposition \u00e0 la poussi\u00e8re de clinker, \u00e0 la silice cristalline, aux alcalins et oxydes de calcium<\/li><li><strong>Thermiques<\/strong> : chaleur rayonnante des fours et br\u00fblures<\/li><li><strong>Physiques<\/strong> : bruit \u00e9lev\u00e9 (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 105 dB(A)), manutentions lourdes, vibrations<\/li><li><strong>Incendie et explosion<\/strong> : li\u00e9es aux combustibles alternatifs et aux poussi\u00e8res combustibles<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;INRS (ED 6264) rappelle que la silice cristalline inhal\u00e9e provoque, outre la silicose, une augmentation du risque de cancer pulmonaire. Les bonnes pratiques transversales de pr\u00e9vention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Culture s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instaurer une culture partag\u00e9e de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est essentiel. Les causeries s\u00e9curit\u00e9, le retour d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et les formations pratiques permettent de consolider les bons r\u00e9flexes : port des EPI, signalement des anomalies, respect des proc\u00e9dures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Formation et sensibilisation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;OPPBTP recommande des sessions courtes, fr\u00e9quentes, orient\u00e9es gestes m\u00e9tiers : manutention, circulation, pr\u00e9vention des chutes et risques chimiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Coactivit\u00e9 et sous-traitance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les interventions externes exigent un plan de pr\u00e9vention et une coordination HSE rigoureuse. Chaque intervenant doit conna\u00eetre les risques locaux et les r\u00e8gles applicables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Suivi des expositions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mise \u00e0 jour du DUERP<\/li><li>Tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 via fiches d&rsquo;exposition et FDS<\/li><li>Contr\u00f4les r\u00e9guliers des niveaux de poussi\u00e8res et de bruit<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VI. La m\u00e9decine de pr\u00e9vention : un acteur cl\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cadre r\u00e9glementaire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les travailleurs expos\u00e9s \u00e0 la silice, au bruit sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 85 dB(A) ou \u00e0 des substances corrosives b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&rsquo;un suivi individuel renforc\u00e9 (SIR) selon le Code du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00f4le du m\u00e9decin du travail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Visite m\u00e9dicale pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 l&rsquo;affectation<\/li><li>Suivi r\u00e9gulier tous les 2 \u00e0 4 ans<\/li><li>Examens additionnels : tests pulmonaires, audiom\u00e9trie, imagerie, dermatologie<\/li><li>Recommandations d&rsquo;ajustements de poste ou de r\u00e9orientation temporaire<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collaboration interprofessionnelle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le m\u00e9decin du travail travaille avec l&#8217;employeur, le CSE et le r\u00e9f\u00e9rent s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour adapter les mesures de pr\u00e9vention et suivre les pathologies professionnelles (silicose, dermatoses, hypoacousie, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VII. Conclusion \u2013 Une vigilance collective et durable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carri\u00e8res, cimenteries et centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9sentent des environnements vari\u00e9s mais des risques convergents : poussi\u00e8res, bruit, manutentions et produits chimiques. La pr\u00e9vention repose sur une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Technique<\/strong> : installations de contr\u00f4le collectif et \u00e9quipements actualis\u00e9s<\/li><li><strong>Individuelle<\/strong> : EPI appropri\u00e9s et utilisation constante<\/li><li><strong>Organisationnelle<\/strong> : formation, organisation, surveillance m\u00e9dicale<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La culture s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doit devenir un r\u00e9flexe collectif, port\u00e9 par la hi\u00e9rarchie et soutenu par l&rsquo;ensemble des ressources disponibles.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I.
