Depuis 2025, le cadre change : la pr\u00e9vention des risques li\u00e9s aux \u00e9pisodes de chaleur intense est renforc\u00e9e dans le Code du travail, et les mesures attendues ne rel\u00e8vent plus seulement de recommandations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour un dirigeant ou un manager, il est tentant de voir la chaleur comme une contrainte logistique. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est un sujet de <strong>s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> et de <strong>performance<\/strong>. La chaleur augmente la fatigue, diminue la vigilance, favorise les erreurs et les accidents, et amplifie certains risques existants (manutention, circulation d&rsquo;engins, travaux en hauteur, port d&rsquo;EPI, coactivit\u00e9). Les postes concern\u00e9s ne sont pas uniquement ceux \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur : ateliers mal ventil\u00e9s, locaux avec machines d\u00e9gageant de la chaleur, zones logistiques, cabines, interventions en toiture, maintenance, et m\u00eame certains bureaux expos\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre concern\u00e9s. L&rsquo;enjeu est de ne pas raisonner &#8220;m\u00e9t\u00e9o&#8221;, mais &#8220;exposition&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensuite, le plan chaleur doit \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnel, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire actionnable par les managers sans improvisation. Il s&rsquo;agit de d\u00e9finir \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance ce qui change quand la chaleur est l\u00e0 : adaptation des horaires, r\u00e9organisation des t\u00e2ches p\u00e9nibles, pauses suppl\u00e9mentaires, acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau et possibilit\u00e9 de maintenir l&rsquo;eau au frais \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des postes, adaptation des moyens (ventilation, ombrage, zones de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration), consignes simples, surveillance des signaux d&rsquo;alerte, et droit d&rsquo;alerte effectif. Le d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9voit notamment des exigences sur l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau potable fra\u00eeche et des mesures de pr\u00e9vention lors des \u00e9pisodes de chaleur intense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le point critique, comme souvent en HSE, est la coh\u00e9rence manag\u00e9riale. Un plan chaleur devient inutile si l&rsquo;organisation envoie des injonctions contraires : &#8220;on applique les pauses&#8221; mais &#8220;il faut tenir le d\u00e9lai&#8221;. Ici, le r\u00f4le du management est de rendre l&rsquo;arbitrage explicite : la protection des personnes prime, et les ajustements de planning font partie du pilotage normal. Apr\u00e8s chaque \u00e9pisode, on fait un point court : qu&rsquo;est-ce qui a bien march\u00e9, qu&rsquo;est-ce qui a coinc\u00e9, quels postes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les plus expos\u00e9s, quelles mesures \u00e9taient insuffisantes, quels investissements sont n\u00e9cessaires. En deux \u00e9t\u00e9s, une entreprise peut passer d&rsquo;une gestion improvis\u00e9e \u00e0 une vraie ma\u00eetrise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis 2025, la chaleur n&rsquo;est plus un sujet &#8220;\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9&#8221;. C&rsquo;est un risque professionnel \u00e0 int\u00e9grer, avec des mesures concr\u00e8tes. Les organisations qui traiteront le plan chaleur comme un standard HSE am\u00e9lioreront la s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u2026 et la robustesse
