Il doit \u00eatre mis \u00e0 jour au moins chaque ann\u00e9e dans les entreprises d&rsquo;au moins 11 salari\u00e9s (et \u00e0 chaque changement important ou nouvelle information).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le portail num\u00e9rique de d\u00e9p\u00f4t pr\u00e9vu par les textes n&rsquo;\u00e9tait toujours pas disponible (dernier \u00e9tat public largement repris), ce qui renforce l&rsquo;importance de votre propre organisation d&rsquo;archivage et de diffusion interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Implication dirigeant : ne d\u00e9l\u00e9guez pas \u00ab\u00a0le DUERP\u00a0\u00bb comme un fichier. Demandez un point trimestriel : risques majeurs, actions, retards, arbitrages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risque chimique \/ CMR : tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e et nouvelles VLEP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le d\u00e9cret du 4 avril 2024 renforce la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;exposition des travailleurs aux agents CMR, avec des exigences structur\u00e9es (dont une liste de travailleurs susceptibles d&rsquo;\u00eatre expos\u00e9s) et une entr\u00e9e en vigueur mi-2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;UE a abaiss\u00e9 les valeurs limites pour le plomb et encadr\u00e9 les diisocyanates, avec une date limite de transposition au 9 avril 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Implication dirigeant : mettez le risque chimique dans vos revues de risques \u00ab\u00a0COMEX\u00a0\u00bb si vous avez atelier, maintenance, traitement de surface, colles\/r\u00e9sines, etc. C&rsquo;est typiquement un sujet o\u00f9 l&rsquo;accident est rare\u2026 mais le risque juridique et sanitaire est lourd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chaleur au travail : un cadre renforc\u00e9 depuis juillet 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis le 1er juillet 2025, le Code du travail int\u00e8gre des obligations renforc\u00e9es de pr\u00e9vention lors d&rsquo;\u00e9pisodes de chaleur intense, avec \u00e9valuation du risque et mesures \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. Les seuils d&rsquo;\u00e9pisodes de chaleur intense sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 la vigilance m\u00e9t\u00e9o (arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 27 mai 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Implication dirigeant : exigez un &lsquo;plan chaleur&rsquo; op\u00e9rationnel (horaires, eau, pauses, adaptation, consignes, droit d&rsquo;alerte, contr\u00f4le terrain). La chaleur est un risque de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (accidents) autant qu&rsquo;un risque sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passeport de pr\u00e9vention : une \u00e9ch\u00e9ance RH\/HSE tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8te en 2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le d\u00e9ploiement du Passeport de pr\u00e9vention se poursuit : depuis le 1er septembre 2025, les organismes de formation d\u00e9clarent les formations SST, et l&rsquo;espace employeur ouvre \u00e0 compter du 16 mars 2026 pour les d\u00e9clarations employeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Implication dirigeant : c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion de remettre de l&rsquo;ordre dans la gouvernance des habilitations\/autorisation\/formation, et de s\u00e9curiser la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Environnement : d\u00e9chets, biod\u00e9chets, PFAS\u2026 l&rsquo;op\u00e9rationnel rattrape la strat\u00e9gie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le tri \u00e0 la source des biod\u00e9chets s&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 depuis le 1er janvier 2024 pour les professionnels et particuliers. Nombreuses entreprises n&rsquo;ont pas encore int\u00e9gr\u00e9 cette obligation correctement dans leurs sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis le 1er janvier 2026, la loi PFAS impose des interdictions progressives sur certains produits par cat\u00e9gories, affectant potentiellement les achats, la R&#038;D, la conformit\u00e9 produits et les relations fournisseurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les dirigeants : effectuez un mini audit achats\/fournisseurs portant sur substances, produits, d\u00e9chets, fili\u00e8res et tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9.
