Elles lancent alors des challenges, des journ\u00e9es th\u00e9matiques, des bo\u00eetes \u00e0 id\u00e9es. Parfois, \u00e7a prend. Souvent, \u00e7a s&rsquo;essouffle. La diff\u00e9rence entre un engagement durable et une animation ponctuelle tient \u00e0 une chose : le lien entre participation et pouvoir d&rsquo;agir. Si les salari\u00e9s ont des id\u00e9es mais pas de moyens, ou si les id\u00e9es remontent mais ne redescendent jamais, l&rsquo;engagement se transforme vite en cynisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re condition de r\u00e9ussite est donc la clart\u00e9 : sur quoi veut-on impliquer ? Trop de d\u00e9marches \u00e9chouent parce qu&rsquo;elles sont &#8220;sur tout&#8221;. Or les salari\u00e9s s&rsquo;engagent plus facilement quand on leur propose un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre concret et proche : r\u00e9duire des gaspillages, am\u00e9liorer le tri, limiter des consommations inutiles, s\u00e9curiser une coactivit\u00e9, r\u00e9duire les irritants QVCT, am\u00e9liorer un poste de travail, rendre un processus plus simple. Quand le sujet touche le quotidien, il devient l\u00e9gitime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La deuxi\u00e8me condition est la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 du processus. Beaucoup de bo\u00eetes \u00e0 id\u00e9es sont des cimeti\u00e8res de bonnes intentions. Pour que \u00e7a fonctionne, il faut un dispositif de traitement tr\u00e8s visible : une date limite, une revue de s\u00e9lection, des crit\u00e8res simples (impact, faisabilit\u00e9, co\u00fbt, d\u00e9lai, s\u00e9curit\u00e9), une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 chaque proposition, et surtout un engagement public sur la mise en \u0153uvre d&rsquo;un certain nombre d&rsquo;id\u00e9es. L&rsquo;important n&rsquo;est pas de retenir toutes les id\u00e9es. L&rsquo;important est de prouver que le syst\u00e8me agit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;atelier, dans ce contexte, est souvent plus efficace que le challenge. Un atelier bien con\u00e7u rassemble des personnes qui vivent le probl\u00e8me, les fonctions support qui peuvent aider, et un manager qui peut arbitrer. On travaille en temps limit\u00e9, on choisit une ou deux actions r\u00e9alistes, et on d\u00e9cide qui fait quoi. Le secret est de produire un r\u00e9sultat visible rapidement. La vitesse est une forme de respect : elle montre que l&rsquo;entreprise prend l&rsquo;effort au s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les challenges, eux, fonctionnent quand ils sont cadr\u00e9s et qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9vitent la culpabilisation. Un challenge &#171; z\u00e9ro papier &#187; ou &#171; \u00e9teignez les lumi\u00e8res &#187; peut \u00eatre per\u00e7u comme infantilisant si, en parall\u00e8le, l&rsquo;organisation gaspille par ailleurs \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. Les salari\u00e9s voient les incoh\u00e9rences. Un challenge efficace se focalise sur des actions r\u00e9ellement pilotables par les \u00e9quipes et s&rsquo;accompagne d&rsquo;une correction des irritants structurels. M\u00eame modeste. Une enveloppe &#8220;petits projets&#8221; avec un circuit de validation rapide est souvent un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur \u00e9norme. Elle transforme la RSE en action. Et elle rend le management plus cr\u00e9dible, parce qu&rsquo;il peut dire oui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Impliquer les salari\u00e9s dans la RSE, ce n&rsquo;est pas organiser plus d&rsquo;animations. C&rsquo;est cr\u00e9er un syst\u00e8me o\u00f9 les id\u00e9es deviennent des actions, o\u00f9 les actions deviennent des r\u00e9sultats, et o\u00f9 les r\u00e9sultats sont reconnus.
