Affiches &#8220;\u00e9teignez la lumi\u00e8re en sortant&#8221;, campagnes de sensibilisation au tri, challenges internes pour r\u00e9duire la consommation de papier, op\u00e9rations ponctuelles sur la journ\u00e9e mondiale de l&rsquo;environnement\u2026 Ces initiatives sont bien intentionn\u00e9es, mais elles peuvent \u00eatre per\u00e7ues comme du greenwashing si elles ne s&rsquo;inscrivent pas dans une strat\u00e9gie plus large, coh\u00e9rente, port\u00e9e aussi par des d\u00e9cisions structurantes au niveau de la direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour <strong>impliquer r\u00e9ellement les salari\u00e9s<\/strong>, il est indispensable de traiter ces sujets \u00e0 deux niveaux : celui des gestes individuels et celui des choix organisationnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Demander aux collaborateurs de faire attention \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau du robinet, tout en laissant des fuites se prolonger pendant des semaines, cr\u00e9e une dissonance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Encourager \u00e0 trier les d\u00e9chets, mais ne pas mettre \u00e0 disposition des bacs adapt\u00e9s, ou m\u00e9langer ensuite les flux collect\u00e9s, mine la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Appeler \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, tout en maintenant des b\u00e2timents mal isol\u00e9s, des \u00e9quipements obsol\u00e8tes, ou un \u00e9clairage superflu, nourrit le scepticisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le point de d\u00e9part consiste donc \u00e0 <strong>clarifier les engagements de l&rsquo;entreprise en mati\u00e8re de ressources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quels objectifs s&rsquo;est-elle fix\u00e9s en termes de r\u00e9duction de consommation d&rsquo;eau, de diminution et de valorisation des d\u00e9chets, d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quels projets concrets sont planifi\u00e9s &#8211; r\u00e9novation de b\u00e2timents, modernisation d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements, changement de prestataires d\u00e9chets, installation de syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Communiquer sur ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, en expliquant les contraintes, les marges de man\u0153uvre, les choix d&rsquo;investissement, montre que l&rsquo;on ne se contente pas de demander aux salari\u00e9s de &#8220;faire leur part&#8221; : l&rsquo;organisation prend elle aussi ses responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure data-spectra-id=\"spectra-7d36b00c-cb01-4656-936b-894127e3bf20\" class=\"wp-block-image \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La p\u00e9dagogie est essentielle.<\/strong> Plut\u00f4t que de se contenter de slogans, il est utile d&rsquo;expliquer l&rsquo;impact concret de certains gestes : combien de litres d&rsquo;eau \u00e9conomis\u00e9s par la d\u00e9tection et la r\u00e9paration rapide d&rsquo;une fuite, combien de CO\u2082 \u00e9vit\u00e9 par la r\u00e9duction de telle ou telle consommation, quel co\u00fbt repr\u00e9sente pour l&rsquo;entreprise l&rsquo;\u00e9limination de d\u00e9chets mal tri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces chiffres, lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re simple, illustr\u00e9s, permettent aux salari\u00e9s de comprendre que leurs actions ont un effet r\u00e9el, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il est modeste \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle individuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La participation active des \u00e9quipes est un autre levier puissant.<\/strong> Plut\u00f4t que de d\u00e9cider d&rsquo;en haut les actions \u00e0 mener, il est possible d&rsquo;organiser des ateliers, des groupes d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration, des audits participatifs sur certains sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les collaborateurs peuvent alors proposer eux-m\u00eames des id\u00e9es de r\u00e9duction de consommation, de meilleure organisation du tri, de simplification des consignes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beaucoup de solutions pragmatiques naissent de cette intelligence collective : repositionnement de bacs, ajustement d&rsquo;horaires de nettoyage, suppression de consommables superflus, modification de pratiques routini\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les RH et les managers ont un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;ancrage de ces d\u00e9marches.<\/strong> Ils peuvent int\u00e9grer ces sujets dans les discussions d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, dans les entretiens, dans les programmes d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des nouveaux arrivants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils doivent aussi rester vigilants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 : \u00e9viter que certaines cat\u00e9gories de personnel soient les seules sollicit\u00e9es (&#8220;les op\u00e9rationnels doivent faire des efforts&#8221;) tandis que d&rsquo;autres en seraient exempt\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une d\u00e9marche cr\u00e9dible implique tout le monde, du terrain au si\u00e8ge, en passant par les fonctions support et la direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, <strong>l&rsquo;authenticit\u00e9 est le meilleur antidote au greenwashing.<\/strong> Reconna\u00eetre que l&rsquo;entreprise n&rsquo;est pas parfaite, qu&rsquo;elle a encore des progr\u00e8s \u00e0 faire, qu&rsquo;elle ne peut pas tout transformer du jour au lendemain, mais qu&rsquo;elle s&rsquo;engage dans une trajectoire, inspire davantage confiance que des discours triomphalistes d\u00e9connect\u00e9s du v\u00e9cu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partager r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des bilans &#8211; ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9ussi, ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus difficile, ce qui est report\u00e9 &#8211; montre que l&rsquo;on prend au s\u00e9rieux ces sujets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valoriser les initiatives issues du terrain, remercier publiquement ceux qui s&rsquo;impliquent, renforce le sentiment que la participation de chacun compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Impliquer les salari\u00e9s dans la gestion de l&rsquo;eau, des d\u00e9chets et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n&rsquo;est donc pas une op\u00e9ration de communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est un travail de fond, qui demande de la coh\u00e9rence, de la transparence, de l&rsquo;\u00e9coute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&rsquo;il est men\u00e9 avec sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9, il peut devenir un formidable vecteur de mobilisation, de fiert\u00e9 et de transformation concr\u00e8te des pratiques au
