Elles sont port\u00e9es par des directions d\u00e9di\u00e9es ou par des \u00e9quipes centrales motiv\u00e9es, souvent en lien avec la communication, les finances, la strat\u00e9gie. Lorsque vient le moment de &#8220;d\u00e9ployer&#8221; ces d\u00e9marches sur le terrain, la r\u00e9ception est parfois mitig\u00e9e. Dans les ateliers, les agences, les entrep\u00f4ts, les points de vente, certains salari\u00e9s voient la RSE comme une pr\u00e9occupation lointaine, abstraite, voire comme une contrainte suppl\u00e9mentaire venue d&rsquo;en haut. L&rsquo;enjeu pour les RH, les dirigeants et les managers est alors de faire de la RSE un projet partag\u00e9, ancr\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9el, et non une lubie passag\u00e8re du si\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le premier pi\u00e8ge \u00e0 \u00e9viter est celui du discours trop g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parler de &#8216;sauver la plan\u00e8te&#8217;, de &#8216;changer le monde&#8217; ou de &#8216;transformer la soci\u00e9t\u00e9&#8217; peut inspirer certains publics, mais laisse d&rsquo;autres dubitatifs, voire sceptiques, surtout lorsque le quotidien est fait de contraintes op\u00e9rationnelles fortes. Pour embarquer les \u00e9quipes terrain, il est souvent plus efficace de partir de leur r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : conditions de travail, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, qualit\u00e9 de la relation client, gaspillage de mati\u00e8res, p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9, organisation des horaires, contraintes logistiques. Il est souvent n\u00e9cessaire de s&rsquo;appuyer sur des relais locaux : managers de proximit\u00e9, r\u00e9f\u00e9rents RSE de site, \u00e9lus du personnel sensibilis\u00e9s, volontaires engag\u00e9s. Les personnes qui manipulent les produits, accueillent les clients, entretiennent les \u00e9quipements, connaissent souvent mieux que quiconque les sources de gaspillage, les situations de p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9, les opportunit\u00e9s d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration. Leur demander leur avis, prendre en compte leurs propositions, c&rsquo;est non seulement enrichir le plan d&rsquo;action, mais aussi susciter une appropriation plus forte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les projets concrets font la diff\u00e9rence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une d\u00e9marche RSE qui se limite \u00e0 des engagements \u00e9crits, \u00e0 des indicateurs globaux, \u00e0 des rapports, reste difficile \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender. En revanche, des actions visibles &#8211; r\u00e9duction du gaspillage dans un atelier, am\u00e9lioration d&rsquo;un poste de travail, mise en place d&rsquo;un tri plus efficace, exp\u00e9rimentation de solutions de mobilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e, projet avec une association locale &#8211; rendent la RSE tangible. Il est utile de commencer par quelques actions simples, \u00e0 impact rapide, pour montrer que les choses bougent. Reconna\u00eetre les contraintes, les tensions, les paradoxes, tout en expliquant la direction souhait\u00e9e, inspire davantage confiance. Par exemple, admettre que certaines activit\u00e9s ont un impact environnemental significatif, mais que l&rsquo;entreprise s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 le r\u00e9duire progressivement, est plus cr\u00e9dible que de pr\u00e9tendre \u00eatre d\u00e9j\u00e0 &#8220;vertueuse&#8221; sur tous les plans. De m\u00eame, parler des progr\u00e8s, mais aussi des limites, des essais qui n&rsquo;ont pas abouti, contribue \u00e0 une communication plus mature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, <strong>il est essentiel d&rsquo;\u00e9viter que la RSE ne soit per\u00e7ue comme une &#8220;couche&#8221; suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/strong> qui vient se poser sur un syst\u00e8me d\u00e9j\u00e0 satur\u00e9. Si l&rsquo;on demande aux \u00e9quipes terrain de mener des actions RSE en plus de tout le reste, sans revoir les priorit\u00e9s ni le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre, le risque de rejet est important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, int\u00e9grer la RSE dans les process existants &#8211; r\u00e9unions d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, revues de performance, projets d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration continue &#8211; permet de la rendre indissociable du fonctionnement normal.
