Sauf qu&rsquo;en 2026, la barre a clairement mont\u00e9 : d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, les obligations se renforcent et se structurent (\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, handicap, gouvernance) ; de l&rsquo;autre, l&rsquo;opinion &#8211; candidats, salari\u00e9s, clients &#8211; juge surtout les r\u00e9sultats concrets et la coh\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vraie question n&rsquo;est donc plus &#171; que dit la loi ? &#187;, mais &#171; comment transformer une contrainte en performance sociale durable, mesurable, et cr\u00e9dible ? &#187;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;obligation n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;un plancher : index, repr\u00e9sentation, handicap, transparence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En France, le socle est d\u00e9j\u00e0 dense. L&rsquo;Index de l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle est obligatoire pour les entreprises d&rsquo;au moins 50 salari\u00e9s, avec publication au plus tard le 1er mars chaque ann\u00e9e. Pour les grandes entreprises (au moins 1 000 salari\u00e9s), la &#171; repr\u00e9sentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e &#187; aux postes de direction ajoute une logique d&rsquo;objectifs chiffr\u00e9s : l&rsquo;objectif de 30 % (femmes et hommes) sur les cadres dirigeants et les instances dirigeantes s&rsquo;applique \u00e0 compter du 1er mars 2026, puis 40 % \u00e0 partir du 1er mars 2029 (avec m\u00e9canisme de mise en conformit\u00e9 et p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s). Suivez un petit tableau de bord trimestriel (embauches, promotions, d\u00e9parts, augmentations&#8230;)<\/li><li>Diagnostiquer par processus : cartographiez le parcours salari\u00e9 comme une cha\u00eene de valeur (sourcing \u2192 s\u00e9lection \u2192 int\u00e9gration \u2192 d\u00e9veloppement \u2192 mobilit\u00e9 \u2192 sortie)<\/li><li>Agir sur les r\u00e8gles du jeu : crit\u00e8res de recrutement explicites, grilles de salaire plus lisibles, revues de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration outill\u00e9es&#8230;<\/li><li>Contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution manag\u00e9riale : sans ce point, tout retombe. Fixez 2&#8211;3 attentes tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8tes aux managers&#8230;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure data-spectra-id=\"spectra-6cfef084-ea0a-4259-b059-d463c001799c\" class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter trois preuves :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Des chiffres qui progressent (m\u00eame lentement) et qu&rsquo;on explique.<\/li><li>Des arbitrages visibles (ex. r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage formation \/ mobilit\u00e9 \/ promotions).<\/li><li>Un traitement s\u00e9rieux des irritants (blagues sexistes, accessibilit\u00e9, am\u00e9nagements, harc\u00e8lement, discriminations : z\u00e9ro
