Dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, elle se joue dans l&rsquo;organisation du travail : nouveaux gestes, nouvelles contraintes, nouveaux arbitrages. Et d\u00e8s que le travail change, le dialogue social devient soit un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur&#8230; soit un frein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beaucoup d&rsquo;entreprises tombent dans un faux dilemme : &#8220;si on implique trop t\u00f4t, on va se faire bloquer&#8221; vs &#8220;si on d\u00e9cide seuls, on ira plus vite&#8221;. Et le volet environnemental n&rsquo;est pas d\u00e9coratif : il est encadr\u00e9, notamment via le d\u00e9cret qui pr\u00e9cise des indicateurs environnementaux devant figurer dans la BDESE (liste &#8220;suppl\u00e9tive&#8221; en l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;accord).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit autrement : si vous voulez un dialogue social adulte sur la transformation \u00e9cologique, commencez par la donn\u00e9e partag\u00e9e et compr\u00e9hensible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passer de la &#8220;consultation&#8221; \u00e0 la &#8220;coproduction&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel peuvent apporter trois contributions tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8tes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>R\u00e9alit\u00e9 terrain<\/strong> : ce qui marche r\u00e9ellement, ce qui dysfonctionne, les irritants, les risques.<\/li><li><strong>Acceptabilit\u00e9<\/strong> : ce que les \u00e9quipes sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 faire (et \u00e0 quelles conditions), comment \u00e9viter les r\u00e9sistances passives.<\/li><li><strong>\u00c9quit\u00e9<\/strong> : r\u00e9partir les efforts (horaires, contraintes, polyvalence) sans cr\u00e9er d&rsquo;injustice per\u00e7ue.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour capter ces apports, il faut sortir du dialogue &#8220;au dernier moment&#8221; (quand tout est d\u00e9j\u00e0 boucl\u00e9). L&rsquo;angle HSE est votre garde-fou : chaque projet environnemental devrait avoir un mini plan de pr\u00e9vention associ\u00e9 (risques, mesures, formation, retour d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion : le dialogue social, ce n&rsquo;est pas une case &#8211; c&rsquo;est un levier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2026, la question n&rsquo;est plus &#8220;faut-il impliquer les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel ?&#8221; mais &#8220;comment les impliquer pour gagner en qualit\u00e9, en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et en vitesse d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution ?&#8221;. Une transformation impos\u00e9e peut passer&#8230; mais elle co\u00fbte cher en tensions et en d\u00e9sengagement.
